There was an issue loading the data for today's game...
Most likely Wikipedia's API hasn't updated with yesterday's data (or you have an adblocker enabled).
Each of the clues refers to one of the top read Wikipedia articles. Each has a description, initials, and the number of pageviews the article received on that day. To play, begin typing a guess in the input box at the top.
The game will filter out perennial entries in the top ten, such as technical pages used by bots and articles that are disproportionately trafficked. As you guess, the input will filter through the top 1000 most-read articles of the day. You can use this to guide your guesses in the right direction.
If you just see a spinning wheel, it's possible that you have an adblocker enabled. This site collects no personal data itself, but does make use of FontAwesome resources. It also makes API calls to Wikipedia which are blocked by some adblockers.
